Brie Canapés with Artichoke Dip (Canapés de alcachofas)

How to make a dip more interesting: In this recipe we make a crostini, add brie which doesn't have a very strong flavor and is a little bit savory, and top with an artichoke and parmesan dip that has a strong and naughty flavor.



Ingredients:


crostini
brie and serrano ham


For the dip:


1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice


Mix the dip ingredients in a bowl, cover, and microwave until hot. Then stir the dip and let it rest a few minutes before finishing the canapés.
