Peppers

The pepper, genus, is another product of the Americas, called "Capsicum." They established their origins in Mexico, Central America, Bolivia, Brazil, the Andes, and the Amazonian. The Spaniards brought it to Europe and extended it all over the continent.

This type, "Gernika Peppers" are the best to fry with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. These are my brother's last harvest from his urban garden.
